Terrible experience

Horrible service..!!!!!beeen waiting almost 4days without any answer for my package I been calling almost R200+airtime and when they answer after 25min they transferred me to a different department then I wait a nother 40min then get cut off...... then I tried to check where my parcel is and saw a message box I try it out I spoke to several people bo one can actually help me the one said they have make a note it will be delivered after 5.that was my first day experience then nothing happened 2nd day after calling and been cut off or without any answer I did the message thing again they said no it will be before 3pm. I wait again and soo still nothing and the 3rd day the same thing I have been taking off work for this. And still they can help me just to tell me what is going on when will I receive my package... I will never ever recommend this courier company they are the wors!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
