Terrible experience!

I have never been this disappointed at a courier company! Paid for the store-2-door service for my parcel to be shipped from Midrand to Johannesburg North and 2weeks later I am still waiting. I can’t even track my parcel with my waybill number as your system can’t pick it up, how? I’ve sent numerous emails and no one seems to be doing anything about it!!!!
