Terrible delivery and customer services

Terrible Terrible Terrible experience. I sent a parcel on the 1 November to Musina and today is the 6th an delivery has not taken place. When I called the Pretoria Head Office, am told the was traffic on the Thursday, Friday and the Monday hence delivery has not taken place....Like seriously???? Traffic in Musina 3 days in a roll so the driver cant deliver. They don't have the decency to every call the clients. They put me on hold for 18 minutes.... As a small business owner, I will not allow Aramex to mess up my business with poor service. Am never using Aramex again.!!!
