Terrible customer service

Aramex has failed to deliver all week long. I'd requested to have my package delivered by a specific time and they were late. That was 2 days ago and no one has made a further attempt to deliver. I've been home all day for 2 days waiting. I've called and been on hold for over 20 minutes several times with no resolution. I've asked to be contacted. No calls. This service is absolutely shocking.
