Terrible customer service by Aramex South Africa

Terrible experience dealing with Aramex SA, I received no communication from them to update me with my international order. I had to call their different offices many times to hear from them, even after calling them they will promise to get back to me but nothing. Their charges are high but their service is terrible! It took more than 4 weeks for my order to arrive at my address after being charged number of times by Aramex! Do not use Aramex SA for international orders, you will regret having trusted them in the first place.
