Terrible customer service

Aramex is the pits! I have been following up on the delivery of my parcel for 2 weeks with no one bothering to call me with feedback. I'm constantly calling & being told, we're doing a follow-up & will get back to you today. Such pathetic service, worst courier service company ever!
