Terrible customer service

I am extremely disappointed in the service I have been getting from Aramex.

I had been in contact you your team for the last few weeks now regarding my delivery and everything single time some tells me there is no address for me. I have provided my details numerous times and today you are still telling me the same thing.

This is honestly ridiculous and you make it nearly impossible to communicate with you.
