Terrible Customer Service

I created an account to track my parcels but never received the activation email and hence cannot log in. Tried contacting Customer Service using their website chat window, got through to Julia who just gave me a generic response that I needed to create a shipment on the website, with a link. When I asked her how that was relevant to my account she apologized and asked what the actual issue was. I told her about the account info only to get no response. 30 minute later and still nothing on the chat.
