TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Extremely unhelpful and no response for days. Their customer service sucks. I order from Amazon regularly and had no problems when the carrier was DHL. My package have been in customs since the 22nd of December, and all Aramex needs is a confirmation of order and payment (which I've provided twice).

Last I heard from them was the 3rd of January and I've sent numerous emails.

Very disappointed.
