Terrible customer service

Absolutely atrocious customer service. I had to keep phoning to find out where my parcel is. They required a Pdf copy of the invoice that they never notified me about They did not do any follow up procedures for my parcel that I kept telling them was urgent. They held back delivery on this product because I did not pay an invoice - to which they did not tell me about at all. Pathetic service.
