Terrible Customer Delivery Service

Terrible (Global Shopper) Customer Service! Been sending emails enquiring about my parcel. No one bothers to respond to give me feedback and this sucks! My parcel arrived in Jhb on the 16th and am still waiting for delivery. This has ruined my business as clients have been waiting for their merchandise!
