Terrible customer care and the slowest service I've ever experienced

I made a purchase online and aramex was the courier on the 9th of June (I paid for overnight shipping) and was assured it would be delivered by the the the 14th of June latest. The person I spoke to on the phone from the Ladysmith branch was really rude and unhelpful as he told me that I'll only get the parcel on the 21st of June. He then proceeded to tell me that they are doing me a favour and that because I'm in an outlying area they should have charged more but they absorbed the fee. Absolutely unacceptable and I hope to never do business with this terrible courier service until they pick up the slack!
