Terrible courier service

I sent a mail to customer care mail for tracking my parcel the first time they come back and some info I did sent mail with attachment from the person sending parcel from the I didn't have any feedback, can they tell me if my parcel was lost from drop box or transit so they can pay for my goods. Can they come back to me with feedback
