Terrible courier company Aramex

I have a package that has been with Aramex couriers since 5 April and the company I ordered from has a policy of 2 to 5 business days and a extra day to outlaying areas for delivery. It has now been 8 business days with the package still at their Bloemfontein branch and not delivered. Worst courier company ever. They deserve 0 stars. Would not recommend them to anyone.
