TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION AND SERVICE

How is it possible that I received an order faster through Global Shopper from the UK than I did ordering from Zara South Africa? Also no response from ARAMEX in over a month regarding my parcel, I have called multiple times a day for the past few weeks and even tried to collect the parcel myself.
