Terrible communication and delivery service

Terrible experience. I've been waiting for my delivery for a couple of days. Finally today delivery takes place. I get an sms with vague information so I keep eyes on their tracking website. Sms received around 9 am, 12 pm comes and still nothing. I check the website again and it's "Attempted delivery - Customer not available - Delivery rescheduled". I did not receive any phone calls letting me know the driver is outside. So I call customer support. The lady tells me there's nothing that can be done. They will reschedule. I ask about the phone call and she tells me "Sometimes the drivers don't carry their phones because of accidents". What the....
