Terrible

Terrible experience with Aramex - I needed a parcel delivered urgently. They were meant to pick up on Saturday but never did. They picked up yesterday and promised to prioritise delivery first thing this morning. It left the depot at 07h55 and it is now 11:56 and no delivery. I have an electrician here waiting and I am leaving on a business trip in 2 hours. We have been trying to get hold of the driver for 50 minutes with no joy. Just diabolical customer experience. This was booked through PostNet.
