Terrible

Zero access to remedy and no respect for a clients time. I’ve spoken to so many agents in the past 24 hours and I’m not getting any help. The WhatsApp line is useless and you spent hours trying to speak to an agent at customer service. I’m really desperate to get my parcel and the tracking app keeps saying things like “Attempted delivery - awaiting correct address” or “Attempted delivery, customer unavailable” or “Attempted delivery - please contact your local office” which are all blatant lies. No one has contacted me and no one is even at my gate. When you finally get to an agent, there’s no actual help, they just tell you that the package will be delivered, you must answer your phone”. Absolutely horrid and disappointing. Rather opt for Courier Guy or literally any other delivery service. This isn’t my first irritating experience with this company.
