Terrible aramex service.

Was supposed to get my delivery on Monday 1 August. Did not know where it was. Checked online only to see they were at my gate, but no phone call, no sms or anything to alert me they are or were there. Get the same generic delivery sms 2nd of August, waiting for my delivery. Never delivered. Contact support. Oh sorry, driver never got to you. Will be scheduled and prioritized for tomorrow the third of August sorry for inconvenience. Took me over two hours to get an agent assigned as there are no phone numbers on their site. Disgusting.

If they called in the first place, I would have gotten someone to grab my package. Now I have to call after them to find out what is going on. Secondly I am working full day tomorrow. I am not available. I was today. Now it is my problem again. Nobody takes any ownership anymore.
