Terrible aramex service

Yeah I was even reluctant to even give this company 1 star the service is disgusting I have use them twice and there is always issues with why parcels take so long to be delivered and let me explain my situation now I live in a outline area and a parcel that's being delivered is also in the same facility of the area where it's been collected about a 45min drive apart to be exact now what makes no sense to me is for them to fetch that parcel and then take it out of the outline area back to Durban and when asked why will parcel take so long oh no because it's in a outline area I mean where are the brains that whole situation the way aramex works is ********* and lazy worst courier company I have ever had to deal with...........
