TERRIBLE

Aramex South Africa just delivered my parcel to not only the wrong person, but also the wrong address. Now suddenly the PE branch number is not being picked up and no one knows who the 3d party delivery company was.

there are 2 piublic holidays coming up and no one seems to ahve any answers.

WHY did your driver not call me when he got to the address and saw that the correct person was not there? The company doors are closed. Did he just decide to give it to whoever???

This is terrible service.
