supposed to be an overnight courier service

my item was shipped via aramex overnight courier service on the morning of the 19th and its now the 22nd and we seem no closer to delivery. tracking my parcel via the website hasnt been easy and in gen a very unsatisfactory service am very disappointed & hopeful my shipment will eventually arrive
