Such a disappointment Aramex

So I bought a product through a store and they use Aramex to deliver. Yesterday morning I received and update that my package is out for delivery. I waited the whole day at home for my package to arrive, reason being is, because they don’t give you an ETA for the package. Last night at about 18:16 I receive another update which said “Customer was not available for delivery, it’s been rescheduled” Pathetic excuse as I was available, waiting the whole day with my phone on loud in my hand.

I phoned them this morning enquiring about where my package is and what went wrong the day before, they said my phone went to voice mail. I did not in anyway see a missed call on my phone. So this morning I checked again as to my package’s whereabouts and it said its out for delivery. Once again its 17:00 and I still don’t have a package, they don’t call and give me an ETA, they just think that I must know and be available when they arrive. I am so disgusted with them as I’ve been waiting the whole day at my home once again for them, and no one has arrived with my delivery!
