Stucked parcel at AramexSA

My parcel stucked at AramexSA. When I call/inquire why am I not receiving it the tell me to wait until the afternoon or tomorrow. The courier man told me that he can't come specially for me because there are no parcel around. He deliver next to my suburb and does not want to come to my village.
