Struggling with Aramex yet again

I got a message my parcel is out for delivery, then I got a message delivery failed.

They did not even arrive at my address. This happens with every aramex order. Last time they delivered to a post office on the other side of town, and now they didn't even attempt to deliver.

Can you kindly get competent drivers, this is painful. Every single time
