Stressed

Aramex is holding my package..I ordered something outside the south Africa and my package arrived two months ago they did not tell me why they are holding my package, after few weeks I called them and asked about my package and they told is been held for customs inspection and asked me to pay customs duties which I did pay..is been three weeks since I paid for customs still haven't received anything, when I call them they keep saying you will receive it soon...this has been stressing for me..I stopped purchasing products outside south Africa because m scared this might happen again
