A package was assigned to them and paid for over night delivery on the 05/05/2022 at 08:38am the shop called and logged a complaint on the 07/05/2022 and its the 09/05/2022 15:58pm and I have still not received my package. I called in to file a complaint at 13:39 on the 09/05/2022 and i was informed that someone will be calling me in 1 hour with answers why I have not received my package and when will I get it. It is now 16:00pm and I have still not received a call and my package have still not arrived. This is utility the most pathetic service I have ever had.
