Store to Door is non existent

I used Aramex a lot around 5 years ago. Had nothing but good support and experiences.

However, I used the Store to Door feature last week Friday, the first time I’m using it in years. Till now, it’s almost as if the parcel I sent had disappeared into thin air.

The chat support system is totally useless, I have to wait hours to speak to someone, and when I speak to them, they seem just as confused as me.

I went back to the Checkers where I placed the box, and they claim it has been taken.

Even HelloPeter seems like they don’t monitor it.
