****** Parcel

I have been waiting for my parcel for weeks now,the app says it's in transit from the 16th if April now and when I contacted their office i was told i will get my parcel in the next 48 hours but up to date i haven't received anything from them,and no one is calling me regarding it i had to contact them myself to ask what was happening then boom!they sending me a facebook massage telling me that they do not know what happened to my parcel.

I really want to know where my parcel is and how it got missing and that why i am not contacted by someone at the office and be adviced on the matter at hand.

I want to know what's gonna happen if they don't find it,coz i paid lot of money for my parcel and i need it or else i need refund.
