****** packages at Aramex SA

Aramex really does employ ******* I have been using them for the past 6 months one issue but it was resolved, now all of a sudden I sent a parcel it is not found been up and down but now they are telling me about terms and conditions, our clients don't care about those and we are now inquiring loses because of this company and losing business because our clients feel we are ******** them, please rectify this nonsense that you guys are starting really it's annoying and expensive on our part.
