****** package by aremex South Africa Cape town

My package was delivered to Aramex on the 8/03/2022 ,and on the 11 I did a follow up ,n my package was still with them and it said the shipment was being sorted in the sorting facility. Again I did a follow up on the 14/03/2022 ,it again said at 11:27am shipment status being reviewed, I then sent Aramex asking why haven't I received my package , and that was now on the 22/03/2022 ,I was told that my package was ****** on the 11 /03/2022 of which it is not true ,my package had been with them that time ,and I would have got notification notify me that I will receive my package which never happened.i was rudely told thes nothing they can do about it , since my package is from china ,but china Didn't lost my package they did or they stole it .I'm very upset about this ,and I will never ever use them again ,
