I ordered a package online ,the Aramex driver gets to my gate the security guards call me to open the gate which I do the driver then drives off and doesn't communicate anything with me,5 minutes later I call Aramex customer line to report the incident the gentleman on the mine advises he will report the incident to his team leader and jl receive my package in an hour's time,3 days pass and nothing arrives no communication from Aramex, following up with the store the items are confirmed to be despatched and are at Aramex ,I let them know what happened with the driver,my items till today are missing Aramex say the driver did make the delivery even though I have camera footage showing the driver didn't complete delivery,this driver stole items and they are not willing to take accountability even with evidence at hand,I find this courier company to be very dishonest as well and people must be aware they go through our stuff as my other half of the order was delivered by another driver who was rude to me when I told him my items are short, when looking at the parcel it was already opened and re-sealed ,I find this very frustrating as this is my 3rd experience like this from Aramex ,none of the courier companies do this,be careful when using their services they ***** from our orders.till today I have items to the amount of R1200 missing and not delivered
