Good day I have ordered items from Amazon for about 4 weeks ago already Apparently the items got hijacked and I have been waiting for my refund since I am being sent from pilar to post regarding my refund I am now being told to contact Amazon myself but they have not sent any feedback in my side My shipment number is *** What makes me so angry is even the customer agents don't even know how to help me
