****** goods at Aramex

Be careful of using Aramex to Eastern Cape..East London. I sent a parcel on the 9 December 2020 with the hope that the receiver will get it alert by the 11 December 2020. I made a follow-up to east London branch on Friday 11 December with no success. When I tried to track the parcel online the status was that it has been received but the system will be updated once dispatched. When I called on the 14 December I was told that there was a hijacking in Mdantsane and my parcel was in that vehicle and it hasn't been recovered. What is worse I was never informed about this up until I made a follow-up myself. The receiver was so shocked as she was awaiting for her valuables.. Aramex even **** and told me that they have called the receiver to let her know of the incident.. I have lost valuables which I was sending home .. i suspect inside job.. and if the staff is not being stopped Aramex reputation is going down. I am so disappointed in Aramex.
