Still waiting for response and my delayed package after weeks of phone calls

If I could select no stars, I would. Its been 5 weeks with multiple calls and still yet no delivery of my items. My items have been cleared from customs but has not been delivered. I called numerous times with the promise it would be released in 24 hours. Then 48 hours. Then it has been escalated. Then I would get an email stating why my items are being held in customs (no email received). Then someone would get back to me in a few days (waited a few days, no response) and finally again someone said they would get back to me and a week later, no one has gotten back to me. My items have been listed as pharmaceuticals (but it is cards) for some reason. This is really frustrating. I paid so much money for my items yet I am still waiting for them (Hoping they are not damaged or open in any way). Officially tired.
