STILL WAITING FOR DELIVERY TILL TODAY

I ordered from Shein, my delivery was supposed to have arrived by the 23rd of April however due to that the parcel had a lip stick,it had to pass via customs and port health. The parcel arrived at Aramex head office on the 30th of April 2022. On the 2nd of May I called to find out where the parcel is and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday and latest today. When i call today the first call agent indicated that he is calling the driver to find out where he is and my call was dropped Deliberately. The secomd one said they cannot contact the driver... THE SERVICE IS POOR AND I AM ANGRY AS STILL WAITING FOR MY DELIVERY. POOR POOR SERVICE. THEY DO NOT EVEN UPDATE YOU UNLESS YOU CALL.
