STILL WAITING
<p>Ordered something from the US via amazon that was said to be shipped on the 9th of April (order number ***). I'm still waiting for it and it's now already june! why is customs clearance taking over a month? This is actually ridiculous and completely pathetic.</p>

Unfortunately the shipment was detained by South African customs for inspection, it was at the same time also detained by the Port Health Department of South Africa for inspection. The reasons are these standard stops by Customs is due to the nature of the product and that they are for human consumption/use. We do not in anyway control the Customs detention process or have any authority to interfere with the process once started. We are required to comply with Customs in South Africa by law.
However I can confirm the shipment was released yesterday and subsequently delivered to you this morning at 07h36.
