Still no package

<p>1st of al my package gets mixed up with someone elses package and this after a fight because this package has gone missing at first. then I get promised my package will be delivered to my door, which does not happen. I have to go fetch the package from postnet, guess what, its the wrong package, and I get promised that my correct package will be sent overnight (01/12/16) and I will be able to collect it the next day (02/12/16). Pitch up at postnet and guess what? NO PACKAGE. and the worst part is the the useless piece of ******* working there with name Ben stands there and laughts at you. SORT YOUR ******* OUT i will go to the store again tomorrow be sure there is going to be big K-A-K if my package is not there.</p>
