Still awaiting feedback

I am highly disappointed with the service given by aramex. My parcel was delivered to them on the 14 December 2015. On tracking my parcel, i was informed that my parcel has been transferred to a 3rd party, the reason given was that they dont deliver directly to soweto, as soweto is a high risk area. The gentleman further confirmed my contact number, stating that he will return to me with a feedback. I call everyday to do follow up on my parcel, but im being fed the same story everyday or i am put on hold until i run out airtime. This is an inconvenience to me.
