Still awaiting credit

Good day I'm so sick and tired of aramax I'm holding for long hours a parcel was collected last week from me everytime I phone all they say it's at the depot it's always it's going out the next day no credit has been passed and I need to place a new order as my daughter needs the shoes for her birthday I'm so upset whem I phone not even the lady that answers can put me through to the relevant dept ..Nike.com.Needs to take their business away from this company they are pathetic to say the least Nike.com just lost a customer because of aramax
