*****ING STAFF!!!

I am seriously concerned with the ******* situation Aramex has created in our country!! Drop box parcels carry NO form of security…. Drivers/staff get manifest with content of parcels….

When you then enquire why your parcel was never delivered - you get the following response….

“sorry your parcel was ******…..not much we can do about that” closing ticket now!!! ***???

When I asked for a police case number - the chat was ended!! So drivers or staff can pick and choose what they want from the warehouse - like “free shopping” or looting??

Good luck trying to get through to ANY human on a phone line…..nope tooo much effort (its called work). Lucky to get an auto response or “bot” who gives you the same automated answers for days.
