*****ing parcels

I dont know what to say i have been fighting for months now for my parcel that just got scanned and went missing.. Following up has been a night mare only to get an answer from Stephanie Meyer that my parcel is lost there is nothing they can do they apologize..... For real? I pay for service my gods have value.. All you can say is sorry after *****ing.

Please am warning you. You will be lucky if your parcel gets delivered. Am done with these guys.. I want my goods back
