Stay away from using Aramex!!!

What a horrific experience with this service provider.

I posted my parcel via Aramex in Checkers Waterfall on Saturday, I have still not received any update on my parcel. The system cannot recognize my tracking number, it seems there's theft and *******ion involved when we purchase and post our parcels in store. I have since tried getting assistance from the head office but no one picks up the phone or the line cuts right after I give them my tracking number.I have never experienced such unprofessionalism and lack of accountability.

I want my parcel and refund back Aramex, I will not be using this service any longer.
