STAY away from ARAMEX couriers

I bought something from China which from day of shipment everything has been smooth sailing until it reached out s****s on the 16th December . From then the parcel is not moving . No updates . Monday 21 contacted Aramex global and Aramex SA and they told me I still need to wait another 3-6 days for them to clear .prior to this I bought something from Bangood and they used a Chinese company call Buffalo courier . In less than 2 weeks I received my package . Aramex South Africa doesn’t care . Has bad customer service and global is not fixing the issue. If you buy anything abroad and they mention Aramex tell them to either change it or cancel the order . Postnet uses Aramex and they are terrible . Even Pep Paxi is quicker ..
