Stay away from aramex
<p>Stay away from aramex courier the worst services ever i think postal services is more sufficient. I have parcel sitting there for almost 2 months the the first they sent invoice for tax and duties which is i did pay they said once is paod they will deliver the parcel. After 3 days they sent another email that the customs required the proof of payment to my supplier and bank statement which i provided unfortunately they didn't understand the payment we sent include shipping cost so customs charge me R2000 penalties. After paying the penalties still haven't received the parcel and they telling different **** stories over and over. Aramex said they waiting for customs release authorisation but how long i gonna wait another ****ing 1 month this is bull**** and the worst company ever stay away from this **** *** courier services the people work there is incompetence... Bull****!! </p>

Hi,
This not acceptable i wait 2 months for my parcel and i almost called everyday and sent email just waste of time dealing with people who works there. This is disgusting services aramex please people stay away from this company they will give so much problems to your parcel. I have 124kg parcel coming from china sent by 27 march via TNT and i received it today only took 4 days!!! don't tell me customs have backlogs etc etc this is not customs problem is your company because the people who there is ***********...
You will never hear from me again i will close my aramex account and aramex global shopper!!!
People stay away rather use dhl or tnt far better than aramex worst services!!
