Stay Away from ARAMEX

I ordered something from a Cape Town Company to deliver to Cape Town. Aramax Picked it up on Friday. 14:40 On Monday the courier arrived at my house without contacting me. I told him I can only be at my house at 4. The courier told me they do not work that late. This means I can only get the parcel on Tuesday. How does it take 5 days to deliver something in the same City?
