STAY AWAY!!! Do not use Aramex!!!

Only receiving a rating of 1 because I can’t rate this company lower than 1.

For two days I received a notification that my package was out for delivery, after which the drivers or the company **** saying that they attempted delivery. I contacted the customer care service (Portia) whereby I was promised delivery the next day, which didn’t arrive and when contacted again I was promised again delivery for the following day, which also did not happen. When I contacted them again I was informed that I would receive the delivery within 48 hours and that management was looking into the issue. I then received a call from the so called “management” who promised he would get back to me by the end of the day, I am still waiting for him to call and get back to me to let me know what is happening. This company does not care about the inconvenience it causes to it’s customers as I have now had to make arrangements to be home for delivery for 5 days now.

My previous experience was one where the packaging “disappeared” and they were unable to track it down. I then struggled for weeks to have this matter resolved as their “investigation” seems never ending.

I am yet to have a positive experience with this courier company and strongly recommend that anyone who is considering using this company to send out parcels or is considering buying from a business who uses Aramex, to rather stay away.
