Stay at home till we deliver your package

I have been waiting for a delivery to be made since 30 Nov 2021 and when Aramex eventually phoned me earlier this week the lady at the call centre was so rude and told me to 'stay at home and answer my phone' till they deliver my package. Really? Two days later, more than 24 hours after I was promised a delivery, and I can't do my own work because of their inafficiancy. No phone call before coming out to say - 'hey, on my way, it is ok?'. Nope. Sit at home and wait. Shocking service to say the least. Oh, and they don't answer the phones at the call centre either.
