Status updates are unreliable and untrue

Caught lying again, app confirmed I am next on deliver schedule, 1 minute later app tells me they attempted delivery! I was at my gate waiting no Aramex in sight! Someone needs to tell @Amazon to stop using this courier they mess up a fantastic service on the last mile delivery! Not the first or second time this has happened in the last few months.
