Staff do not know what fragile mean

You get a stupid one star because I cannot rate you less than this. I just want to know if your employees know how to read???? Because obviously fragile and handle with care was not words taught to them. Your staff completely stuffed up ( and yes I would like to use a swear word here) an order of over R2500 of live plants. Damaging the box. Not delivering on time even paying for overnight service, and not letting the sender know of the stuff up, then throwing the plants into another box destroying them. These were rare plants. I would like an answer asap
